Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax for orders shipped outside of Florida. It is your responsibility to report your out of state purchase following your local guidelines.  Orders leaving the country will be charged Florida State sales tax; the tax will be refunded to you once we we receive a bill of lading showing the merchandise was load on a ship with an overseas destination.

Order Time

In-stock items will ship as quickly as tomorrow. 
Special order items will ship in 2 – 6 weeks.  For detailed ship times on specific products:

Freight & Shipping

Freight will calculate on check out.  Customers living in remote areas, limited access areas, non contiguous states, islands, or other countries may be subject to additional shipping charges.  We will contact you regarding any extra fees before processing your order.

The shipping date we provide is when the product will leave our facility.  If it is in our delivery trucks, you will receive a two-hour time window to receive the product on the shipping date.  If it is sent on a freight carrier, the shipping date is when the items are received by the carrier and it could take several days more to receive the goods. 
We will email you with the tracking number within 24 hours of the carrier taking possession. 

If the freight carrier brings a damaged item please refuse it.  We will work with you as fast as possible to replace them. 

Warranties, Care & Information

Our products are designed for tropical coastal use. They will get dirty, they are easy to clean.  Warranties vary by product.

Order Cancellations - Return Policy

If you decide to return an item within seven days of delivery, you will be responsible for the freight charges. Special order items are made custom for you. Any canceled special order item will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

It is your responsibility to pad and pack items returned by a freight carrier.  Items received damaged or that are not shipped withing 15 days are not eligible for a refund.
